Welcome to The Estuary at Delray Beach, one of southeast Florida’s premier gated waterfront communities. We are a community of 104 townhomes located directly on the Intracoastal Waterway. Our residents enjoy relaxing year-round living in harmony with two lakes and a nature preserve. We are walking distance to Delray’s beautiful beaches and the many shops, galleries and restaurants located along famed Atlantic Avenue and in the Pineapple Grove Arts District.
