Two important things you will need to do upon closing on your new home.

Closing on a new home can be a busy time for new owners. There are many things that need to be attended to. Here are two important things you should take care of immediately before and after you close.

BEFORE YOU CLOSE: FILL OUT AND SUBMIT THE NEW OWNER INFORMATION FORM

This form must be completed before you move in. Information on this form will enable our security staff to enter you in the association security database (Dwelling Live). Once this form is submitted you will be able to log on to your personal online account and enter useful information that our Security Officers will need when processing your guests and service companies. After entering the required information on your vehicles, you will be able to purchase transponders to allow you entry at our automated vehicle gates.

The information on this form also enables you to register as a resident on the community website where you will find useful information available only to Estuary Residents. You will also be listed, if you wish, in our Community Directory which is only available online to registered Estuary homeowners. In addition, you will also be included in our email list and begin receiving important community news and information bulletins.

AFTER YOU CLOSE: OBTAIN ENTRY KEYS FOR COMMUNITY SECURITY PEDESTRIAN GATE AND POOL GATE

There are two pedestrian gates located at the north and south ends of the community. For safety and security reasons these gates and the community pool gates are locked at all times. These gates can only be opened with a special key which cannot be duplicated.

If you did not obtain a key at closing, you may obtain extra keys by taking the following steps:

• Visit the gatehouse to purchase gate keys.
• The keys are $25 each. Please drop off a check payable to Delray Estuary HOA when you pick up your keys.
• Keys can only be purchased after you close.
