Information For New Owners
Three important things you will need do upon closing on your new home.
Closing on your new home can be a busy time for new owners. There are many things that you will be attending to. Here is a list of three important things you should take care of immediately after you close.
1 FILL OUT AND SUBMIT THE COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORIZATION FORM.
Once this form is submitted you will be able to log on to and register as a resident on this website where you will find all sorts of useful information available only to Estuary Residents.
By filling out this form you will also be listed, if you wish, in our Community Directory which is only available online to registered Estuary Homeowners. You will also be included in our email list and begin receiving important community bulletins.
2 OBTAIN YOUR TEMPORARY PASSCODE AND REGISTER ON DWELLING LIVE.
You must have a temporary pass code to log onto Dwelling Live for the first time. To obtain this code please see our Senior Security Officer at the gatehouse. Bring a copy of your transfer of ownership papers and a photo ID.
It is important that new owners register and log onto Dwelling Live as soon as they close on their new home. Once you receive your initial logon registration code, please log on to set up your own username and password. Then resister all required contact information, permanent residents, your guest list and pets.
3 OBTAIN ENTRY KEYS FOR COMMUNITY SECURITY PEDESTRIAN GATE AND POOL GATE
To gain access to the community when walking, you will need access to the two pedestrian gates located at the north and south ends of the community. For safety reasons the pool area is locked at all times. These gates can only be opened with a special key which cannot be duplicated. If you did not obtain a key at closing, you may obtain extra keys by taking the following steps:
- Contact our Senior Security Officer at the gatehouse to order new keys. 561-279-9048
- The keys are $25 each. Please drop off a check payable to Delray Estuary HOA when you pick up your keys.
